Service Description

We'll start with breath awareness, gently awaken the body, flow through sequences and focus on individual poses. The practice is mindful, kind and open to all, though the class may be more suitable for you if you have some experience. You're encouraged to listen to your body and modifications and adjustments are always available. We'll finish with deep relaxation (Savasana). You will need your own yoga mat and blanket.
