Welcome to Lemon Zest Life! All our classes are beginner-friendly, just as long as you can manage getting on and off the mat. If that’s tricky, chair yoga might be a wiser option.
Membership for Om Yoga Works classes is £33 monthly, while our Re-engage sessions are free for over 75s. Other classes are £28 with a monthly payment plan and the flexibility to occasionally swap sessions where space allows. If a regular commitment doesn’t fit your schedule, we have a pay-as-you-go option, subject to availability.
