In our sessions, we intentionally induce a relaxed state, similar to everyday hypnotic trances. You may have already experienced the hypnogogic state, the transitional stage between wakefulness and sleep. This allows us to access your unconscious mind, addressing memories and thoughts influencing present behaviours. Contrary to common belief, you maintain control, ensuring the process aligns with your comfort and values.

I first encountered hypnotherapy when I desperately wanted to pass my driving test in the 1990s. I‘d recently returned to the UK and was a stressed single parent with an energetic three year old. There was a lot I was trying to juggle and times were tough. All I can say is that the session I had was transformative in that it helped me manage my pre-test nerves but also build confidence up again. I used the hypnotherapist’s breathing techniques for a long time. They helped me stay calm in job interviews and many other situations, just by linking back to that one day when she made me feel I could get control back over my life, slow down and see the world differently. This experience never left me. Yoga, hypnotherapy and meditation all enable you to quieten the mind and in the stillness you will find that you already have the answers. I will help you rediscover this and connect back to your own personal power.
