My quest for a lemon zest life started with small steps: I trained as a Zumba instructor- with so much to learn. I couldn't imagine remembering 6 routines, let alone 16 needed for a session! I also got accepted by Yogacampus on a teacher training course and after over 18 months of dedication I proudly obtained my diploma. It was not always an easy ride. (Not to mention a broken arm and two operations). Part of yogic philosophy is letting go of attachments but, let me tell you, I was totally attached to getting that certificate so I could really start my independent journey, doing what I loved! Thanks to all who have supported me, especially all the loyal and wonderful students who have been to my sessions.
