I create and deliver yoga classes which are open to all, aiming to provide basic principles and help you  to listen to your body and create a sense of peace and relaxation for body and mind. The practice is always breath-led and mindful with yogic themes and there are always opportunities to take it deeper. Everything we do can be modified to suit you and I am a great believer in using props. The type of yoga I love is Hatha, incorporating some small vinyasa flows and Iyengar principles on alignment. I will teach you how to do a pose before creating sequences and have a strong emphasis on working safely.  I specialise in beginners' courses and many of the students who started this way have stayed with me to continue their yoga journeys. I run gentle chair- based classes in the community and am also available to teach yoga in your workplace or home.
